What's cooking?

Cooking is the process of preparing food by applying heat to the selection, measurement and combining of ingredients in an ordered procedure for producing safe and edible.

The process involves a series of methods, tools and combinations of food ingredients to help with the taste and digestibility. Factors that influence the outcome and the variability of ingredients, ambient conditions, tools, and how well the individual cancook.

The application of heat to a food usually, though not always, chemically transforms it, which changes the taste, texture, texture, appearance and nutritional properties.

Cooking methods.
