I love Korean food and found "Quick & Easy Korean Cooking" by Cecilia Hae-Jin Lee, cookbook recipes are a nice little full Korean. My wife is Korean and she liked it too. (Just because she is Korean, does not mean he knows how to cook for each Korean court without a reference)

Photos of the book are excellent, especially those coming from different places in Korea. However, I would really like to have a photo of each dish wasCookbook. My wife said she would a view of each court for you.

The recipes are divided into the following categories: appetizers and snacks, soups and stews, side dishes Small, chicken meat and pork, seafood, kimchi and other pickled things, rice, pasta and desserts and drinks. There are short chapters on sauces and other basics, menus quick and easy Korean and other resources on the Internet and other books. The beginning of the book alsosome notes on Korean food, Korean ingredients and a glossary of useful tools to cook Korean food.

Each recipe has a Korean name, with the English name, but not in Korean or Hangul characters. The name of Romanization. This is the only Korean in the book. Lee also contain data on various foods, such as the history of the bathtub, or if it is served. The recipes are just like the title says, to make quick and easy.
