Indian Food - What makes Indian Indian cuisine?

In a sense the answer to the question raised in the title simply that the court has its origin in India. The real answer is more complicated and interesting.

India is a country town, created loads of unique cultures, which followed the migration and invasion of Tribal Fusion. This is reflected in its cuisine. Anyone can see that something is, the Indian on Indian food - curry, the unique blend of Masala (Hindi for spices), the colorfulChicken and lamb, but make every effort to fix slides in some way in a fog.

Think of the humble chutney. This blend of fruits and spices could benefit from a pending elsewhere, but India. What other country would have to stir the imagination and courage to do something sweet - that ripe fruit - and mix in a mixture of spices?

To choose another example, is a known element of chicken recipes from around the world, but nowhere else invented as India, international favorite - Chicken Tandoori.

Not only is the sizzling hot clay oven. Not only are the results that make the colored plate, more a pleasure for the eye as the language, it is a pleasant blend of spices and unique method of preparation that contains it.

Lamb is a part of Greek and Italian cuisine and that of many other nations. These places have a long history and many alliances and adjacent to the kitchen, but to make a differenceAchara between an Indian and a plate of lamb stew greek is exceptional.

Maybe it's the cilantro, but that seems to be in Greek cuisine. The tomatoes are a part of everyday Greek dishes as well. Could be the spices that make Indian cuisine so different? Not really, because the ancient Greeks moved around the world and brought many ingredients from far away. Which way is exotic Achara, vital and strong, while the greek stew is delicious, butmild.

The donut is far more common as China and America known. However, bears no resemblance to his Indian colleagues Go elsewhere. The mixture of cooking oil in America is just a sweet, fat-filled package. China is usually the most delicious meal itself, Dim Sum. In India is a part of the culture of compliance vendor.

For everything you can, find the point that Indian food - the rich flavors, attractive presentation, the lean, hard bread- The question of what Indian food remains a mystery to remain Indian. Since the country in question, which seems entirely appropriate.
