I bought this along with a KitchenAid Ice Cream maker attachment, and I'm glad I did. The recipies are clearly written and easy to follow, and offer alternatives if you have issues with certain ingredients. It takes a little while to realize that there really aren't that many recipies in the book, but almost all of them are easily modified or adapted, something the authors frequently encourage.
Recommended.
