I'm not the only one to write this, but my copy of SHORT-CUT VEGETARIAN looks as if it's ready for the pressure cooker or stock pot through nearly constant use. But rescue is at hand -- Sass has just come out with a new edition, by its right title -- SHORT-CUT VEGAN -- and I've bought five copies (three to give to friends; one to use; one for the safe-deposit box).
