This is a wonderful cookbook! A wide range of easy to make, fast delicious family meals. You could easily find a recipe to use ingredients you have on hand. I don't feel that unusual ingredients in some of the recipes are a problem. You buy a recipe book to try new foods, right? So part of that is buying new ingredients. Thanks to this cookbook, my family has tried many new ingredients. Wonderful photographs, descriptions of meals and nutrition information. This is my favorite cookbook and I make something from it every week. "Fast and Fabulous Fish" and "Dependable Pasta" are my most used sections. Great recipes for salsas also.
