Customer Reviews ::

Great ways to cook healthier without even trying - SCL -
I saw Ellie Krieger on a Food Network prograqm while I was waiting to get my car serviced, ran home and searched her website and then this cookbook. I love it. Her approach to healthier eating is sensible, not drastic. Her recipes are easy to follow and very flavorful. The book itself is easy to read with lovely color pictures. We haven't been disappointed with any of her recipes. The only "issue" I have is that her definition of the size of a single portion is a bit smaller than what my husband and I consider a single portion. But we don't go by the calories. We like the approach to cooking which I am adapting generally to my cooking.
