We talk about cooking, that means some form of heat to prepare food with, so it is edible. Using different methods, equipment and ingredients to ensure that food is prepared, it reveals delicious and healthy.

People use a variety of methods to select and combine the right ingredients and use the correct measures taken to prepare for a judge who they want. However, there are many factors that influence the final result.These include the ability of the person cooking the food, the different types of ingredients used, the equipment used and conditions of the area. This is why it is a great variety in the kitchen. Different regions of the world cooking show the diversity of the type of food is grown and ingredients. Factors such as culture and religion influence the way a particular dish is cooked.
